CANADIAN RENEWAL INFO

When the chapter secretary from a Canadian chapter sends in the payment to 
us, we really need to have some cooperation from them in providing the 
following information:

1. A list of names of the members for whom the check covers including:
  a. The member number (without it, we're not sure which Duncan MacGregor it might be)
  b. The amount for each person (it will vary based upon senior, student, etc.)

We are having a devil of a time with some chapters who continue to write all 
the information in the memo section of a check, or use nicknames, or choose 
some other shortcut. All this does is delay the process and make it possible 
for errors to creep in. None of us wants that. A list of names means just 
that . . . a list.
